Services

1. Computer Education

  • Computer classes will be taught to all interested residents at the on-site computer center. The goal of computer education is to empower the seniors and support increased education and independence.

2. Volunteer Program:

  • The volunteer program recently came to fruition in May 2005. The volunteers are helping to fulfill part of our mission of providing quality, integrated services and activities for the residents living at Summercrest Villas.

3. Assisted Living Activities:

  • Staff personnel will assist residents with activities of daily living C.A.R.E. will also assist in arranging In-home Supportive Services, and provide linkage to area medial and social services providers as necessary.

  • Holiday Parties

  • Group Activities (i.e. games, videos)

5. Financial classes to develop residents' money management skills (checking and saving accounts), helping them manage and maintain their income, thereby ensuring financial stability.

  • Credit and financial counseling
  • Debt and housing counseling
  • Training and education on the wise use of credit
  • Development of finance knowledge
