1. Adult Education Classes and Programs:
- Held on a regular basis to include:
- Health screenings

2. Service Coordination
- Quality social services are being provided to the senior residents at the on-site community center. Currently, a Senior Service Coordinator works full time at Baywood Apartments. Her role is to help senior residents obtain needed supportive services from the community, and enable them to continue living as independently as possible in their homes. Specifically, the Service Coordinator implements and supervises supportive services, education and health programs.
3. Assisted Living Activities:
- Staff personnel will assist residents with activites of daily living. Las Palmas Housing will also assist in arranging In-home Supportive Services, and provide linkage to area medial and social services providers as necessary.

5. Financial classes to develop residents' money management skills (checking and saving accounts), helping them manage and maintain their income, thereby ensuring financial stability.
- Credit and financial counseling
- Debt and housing counseling
- Training and education on the wise use of credit
- Development of finance knowledge
6. CATS
- Community Access Ticket Service (CATS) provides all interested residents with weekly tickets to numerous cultural opportunities in the Bay Area. The residents at Baywood receive FREE tickets to various cultural and entertainment events. Such as: Plays, musicals, operas, baseball games and much more. This program gives the residents at Baywood the access to activities and shows that they might not normally be able to afford or know about.
