2. Service Coordination

  • Quality social services are being provided to the senior residents at the on-site community center. Currently, a Senior Service Coordinator works full time at Palm Springs Pointe Apartments. Her role is to help senior residents obtain needed supportive services from the community, and enable them to continue living as independently as possible in their homes. Specifically, the Service Coordinator implements and supervises supportive services, education and health programs.

3. Assisted Living Activities:

  • Staff personnel will assist residents with activites of daily living. C.A.R.E. will also assist in arranging In-home Supportive Services, and provide linkage to area medial and social services providers as necessary.

5. Financial classes to develop residents' money management skills (checking and saving accounts), helping them manage and maintain their income, thereby ensuring financial stability.
