An affiliate of Las Palmas Housing, we’ve delivered free, high-quality social services, educational programs, advocacy, and training to children, youth, families, and seniors — right where they live — since 2006.

All programs are offered on-site at our community centers, so residents can easily access the support they need, when they need it.

C.A.R.E. currently operates across 70+ affordable housing communities throughout California, spanning both family and senior properties.
Each site has its own on-site community center where residents can access our full range of programs and services at no cost.
Life after retirement can be a big change, but living here has made the transition much easier and enjoyable for me.
The organized activities, especially exercise classes, fitness center, yoga and many more keep my body and mind healthy. It’s wonderful to have those things each week to look forward to and sharing those moments with neighbors who became friends.
These programs definitely keep us active, engaged and connected, reminding me that retirement can truly be a joyful stage of life.

Our Social Services team includes experienced service coordinators and community-based staff who work directly with residents to connect them to critical resources, facilitate educational and enrichment programming, and respond to emerging needs with compassion and professionalism.
We collaborate closely with property management, community partners, and local agencies to ensure residents have access to comprehensive support systems.
