Empowering residents to thrive.

From afterschool programs to senior support, we provide free, comprehensive services to help affordable housing residents build better lives.

Programs built around the people they serve, and the lives they’re working toward

At every community, we formally assess the needs of residents before building our programming. The result is a full range of services spanning youth enrichment, adult education, senior support, health and wellness, food distribution, and more.

Our programs are designed to reinforce self-empowerment, foster economic independence, and help residents build stronger, more stable lives.

Free Resident Programs for Every Age

Our on-site community centers serve as the hub for all programming — making it easy for residents to access the support they need, right where they live.

Services include on-site farmers markets, lunch programs, communal dining, hot dinners, fresh fruit and vegetable distribution, and on-site food pantries.

My personal favorites are the physical strength and wellness activities.
